This web document represents the entire agreement between the client and Paraiso Mediterraneo d.o.o., who is the travel agency. Paraiso Mediterraneo will be responsible to the client for supplying the services and accommodation as described at www.paraisomediterraneo.com, except where such services cannot be supplied, or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of Paraiso Mediterraneo.

In such circumstances, we will do our best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries, and there shall be no refund in this connection. Paraiso Mediterraneo and its agents (collectively 'Paraiso Mediterraneo') act only as agent for the client and upon the express condition that Paraiso Mediterraneo shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind, which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission of any third party (including without limitation, any act, inaction or breach of contract of any third party, which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip). Without limiting the foregoing, Paraiso Mediterraneo does not own or operate any third party suppliers of services such as hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, sightseeing companies or local tour operators. It is not responsible for any injury, death, loss or expense due to overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, act of Government, acts of terrorism, criminal activity, war, quarantine, force majeure events or any other cause beyond its control. All such risk, loss and expense must be borne by the client. Occasionally, it may be necessary to alter or amend itineraries, accommodation and sightseeing arrangements from those published. This may be due to road, weather and other operational needs prevailing at the time, and is always made in the best interests of your comfort. Any personal expenses incurred by a client as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, whether caused by mechanical defect, strikes or any other cause are the responsibility of the client (we strongly recommend all clients take out Travel Insurance).
The agency is unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times, and is not liable for any failure to make connections with any other service, or guarantee the operation of any particular service. In the case of breakdown and other unforeseen circumstances, the agency reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified, to ensure the operation of a tour. These vehicles/vessels will be modern vehicles/vessels and may not have some of the features described. The agency reserves the right to cancel any ticket or booking, or to refuse to carry any client where payment has not been received by the company within the specified time. The agency reserves the right to amend or cancel tours at any time.
These Terms and Conditions define the ordering procedure, the payment process and the application of products and services offered through the www.paraisomediterraneo.com website.
Paraiso Mediterraneo d.o.o. is the Provider and the person filling out the electronic order, sending it to the provider via website and executing payment by credit card or debit card is the Customer. The commodity that is the object of the sale is one of the services offered on the www.paraisomediterraneo.com website (excursion, tour, cruise, tailor made programs).


By using www.paraisomediterraneo.com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not access and/or use www.paraisomediterraneo.com website. Paraiso Mediterraneo may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Paraiso Mediterraneo. Your continued use of www.paraisomediterraneo.com website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use www.paraisomediterraneo.com content (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. We grant you permission to use the site subject to the restrictions in these Terms & Conditions. In accessing or using the site, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate. Paraiso Mediterraneo does not endorse such content, and cannot vouch for its accuracy. You therefore access and use the site at your own risk.


The Customer orders the product or products by way of electronic inquiry-reservation form on Paraiso Mediterraneo web page. Every person ordering at least one product, providing the requested information and sending the order via webpage www.paraisomediterraneo.com is considered a Customer. All prices are final, expressed in EURO and translated into the Croatian national currency, Croatian Kuna (Kn - HRK) according to the Croatian National Bank medium rate valid on the day of the transaction. The price stated on the webpage includes the added value tax (VAT). The service which is the object of the sale is considered ordered when the Customer selects it, confirms the manner of payment and successfully finalizes the credit and/or debit card authorization process. Upon the finalization of the ordering process, the Customer is provided with the voucher that serves as confirmation of the purchase and the payment. The voucher contains the following information, which clearly define the ordered service and the clients: voucher number, service ordered, date of service use (departure date), possible time of service use (departure time), possible date and time of service expiration, price of the service, number of customers, possibly first and last names of customers, possible departure location. The cancellation of the ordered service is regulated by the General Terms and Conditions.


The services contained in the order and stated on the voucher may be realized in the following manner: The provided voucher serves as reservation and confirmation of the purchase, i.e. a ticket for the selected program, excursion, tour, cruise. The voucher may be used only once. In the event that the voucher is lost, it shall be reissued at the request of the Customer, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. For this purpose, the Customer shall contact Paraiso Mediterraneo with the request to reissue the voucher.


The credit card is charged in Croatian kuna (Kn). The amount of Croatian Kuna that the credit card is charged with is obtained by conversion of EURO into Croatian Kuna according to the exchange rate determined for price lists (medium rate of the Croatian National Bank). The amount that is charged on the Customer’s credit card in Croatian Kuna shall be translated into the client’s national currency by the card company applying the valid foreign exchange list of the client’s county. Thus, minor deviations from the EURO prices stated on our website are possible.


Paraiso Mediterraneo undertakes to protect the personal data of the Customers by collecting only the basic information about the Customers/Clients, which are necessary to fulfill our obligations; it informs the Customers about the manner in which the collected data is used, regularly provides the Customers with the option of choosing the use of their data, including the possibility to choose whether they wish their name to be removed from the list used for marketing campaigns or not. All Customer information is strictly preserved and is available only to those employees who require them to perform their jobs. All employees and business partners of Paraiso Mediterraneo are responsible for observing the principle of privacy protection.


These Terms and Conditions of booking and purchase of travel packages (hereinafter referred to as: Terms and Conditions) are an integral part of the Contract, i.e. voucher concluded by and between Paraiso Mediterraneo and the Customer / Client (hereinafter referred to as: the Customer) contracting the tourist package.
The Customer may book the trip organized by Paraiso Mediterraneo in all Paraiso Mediterraneo offices, by telephone, by e-mail, by Paraiso Mediterraneo official web page or other means of remote communication, or with other authorized agents. By signing the contract, voucher or the booking form, i.e. by dictating the number of one's credit card, using online or offline payment when purchasing the services by means of remote communication, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions upon having studied them carefully. During the booking, and for the purpose of booking the selected service, the Customer pays 30% of the package price (per person), unless otherwise stated in the program. The balance to the full price of the package is to be paid no later than 21 (twenty-one) days before the start of the trip, unless otherwise stated in the program.


As a rule, (unless stipulated otherwise in the tour program) the package price shall include: transport services, hotel and catering services, travel packages. If mentioned in the tour program, the price can also include services of professional and local guides. The package price does not include (unless agreed otherwise): optional (elective) excursions and visits, costs of obtaining and issuing visas, if any, and tickets for facilities to be visited. All types of special services (single bedroom, special diet, etc.) shall be paid by the Customer and must be ordered during booking. If a Customer asks for a special service during the tour, it shall be paid for it directly to the guide or the Agency representative, in the currency of the respective country.

Right to Price Increase and Right to Cancellation Due to Price Increase

Prices of all packages are based on the exchange rate of the Croatian kuna and foreign currencies. Paraiso Mediterraneo may ask for an increase of the agreed price in case the following occurred after the contract was entered into: a change of exchange rates in relation to the program publication date, a change of transport costs (fuel, road toll, etc.), a change in fees of hotels or carriers. Paraiso Mediterraneo may inform Customers of the change in writing or verbally. The agreed price may not be increased in the period of seven days prior to the start of the tour, save for exceptions from Paragraph 1 of this Article. If the price increase should exceed 10% of the agreed price, the Customer may cancel the tour free of charge no later than 48 hours of receiving a written notice. If the Customer should fail to cancel the tour within the stated term either personally at the Paraiso Mediterraneo point-of-sale or in writing, it shall be deemed that they agree to the price change. The Customer undertakes to accept the price increase of up to 10%. The published prices are the result of contracts Paraiso Mediterraneo has with its partners and may not correspond to the prices stated on the location, at the destination of the Customer’s stay.

Discounts for Children and Other Benefits

Please pay attention to discounts for children and other benefits which are specified in the package description.

Travel Documents

The Customer shall be provided with all travel documents no later than 5 days prior to departure, unless stated otherwise in the program. The travel documents shall include the following:

1. for a package with the use of own transport: the original voucher and written notices, if any,
2. for a bus package: the original voucher and the tour program.
3. for a cruise package: the original voucher and written notices, if any.

Categorization and Service Description

Accommodation facilities offered in Paraiso Mediterraneo programs are described according to the official categorization of the respective country, valid at the moment of the program publication. Diet, modern conveniences and all other services offered by hotels/apartments are supervised by local tourist boards, while the standards of accommodation and services differ and are not comparable. Paraiso Mediterraneo assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written information differing from the description of services and facilities in the published programs obtained from a third party.

Room/Apartment Accommodation

Rooms/apartments are distributed by the reception desk at the place of staying. Unless the Customer has explicitly booked a specific room/apartment they shall accept any officially registered accommodation unit for rent in the specific facility described in the catalogue and the price list. Accommodation in the room/apartment is usually not possible before 02:00 pm on the service start date, and the Customers usually must leave the rooms/apartments by 10:00 am on the service end date. Arrivals after 08:00 pm must be advised in advance, unless otherwise indicated. Pets are allowed in particular cases with an obligatory additional fee.

Airport and Port Transfers

You are responsible for providing precise arrival time and pick up location information (like airport, flight number, cruise docking port, hotel address) at least 72 hours before the travel date to the contact e-mail or phone numbers mentioned in the booking voucher. Failure to do so can lead to loss of service and Paraiso Mediterraneo, its affiliates or the relevant service provider will not be liable for any refunds or penalties.


Itineraries were correct at the time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. This could come about due to road or weather conditions, or any changes imposed by other tour operators and carriers included in the itinerary. If a passenger amends their itinerary by starting or concluding the itinerary earlier or later or during an itinerary then it becomes their responsibility to arrange tour or flight connections as necessary.

Cruise Itineraries

After departure of a cruise, on occasion and due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control such as exceptionally bad weather, navigational restrictions or other operational difficulty, in the interests of client safety or comfort, the skipper or captain may make required changes to the itinerary at his discretion. Cancelling a port or ports of call or making required changes in the itinerary does not entitle passengers to any claim against us, or to any refund. If necessary, an itinerary may be changed or vessel substituted before or after commencement of the cruise. Most changes to holiday arrangements are minor. Occasionally, we have to make a "significant change". Significant changes include the following changes when made before departure; a change of yacht or accommodation to that of a lower official classification or standard for the whole or a major part of the time you are away, a change of sailing or accommodation area for the whole or a major part of the time you are away, a change of outward departure time or overall length of time you are away of twelve or more hours, or a change of departure point to one which is more inconvenient for you. If we have to make a significant change to or cancel your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible. All changes related to cruise itineraries are done in accordance to our partners/service providers for cruise and boat programs.

Bus Tours Itineraries, Smoking and Seat Rotation

Itineraries were correct at the time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. This could come about due to road or weather conditions, or any changes imposed by other tour operators and carriers included in the itinerary. If a passenger amends their itinerary by starting or concluding the itinerary earlier or later or during an itinerary then it becomes their responsibility to arrange tour or flight connections as necessary.
Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches within Croatia. Please restrict smoking to the ample stops en route. To enable everyone the opportunity of enjoying window and front seats, clients change seats daily during the course of the tour.


Paraiso Mediterraneo accepts payments by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club International, JBC) and bank wire/transfer, based upon issued pro-form invoices for the booked services. Full payment by credit card or bank transfer is required to make a reservation. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized. Canceling a booking with Paraiso Mediterraneo can result in cancellation fees being applied by Paraiso Mediterraneo, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Cancellation Policy

If a Customer should cancel the booking, Paraiso Mediterraneo shall keep the following amounts from the full package price:

  • up to 30 days prior to departure, 10% of the package price
  • 29 to 22 days prior to departure, 25% of the package price
  • 21 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the package price
  • 14 to 2 days prior to departure, 80% of the package price
  • 24 horas prior to departure or no show, 100% of the package price
  • after the departure, 100% of the package price (full cancellation or NO SHOW)

“Departure day” is considered the first day of arrival , arrival date.

It is understood by Paraiso Mediterraneo d.o.o. that our terms and conditions of travel are accepted by the passenger when the required deposit has been paid. They are exposed on https://tourseurope.net/es/terms-conditions.html

The stated costs of cancellation shall also apply to changes of the departure date or the type of the accommodation facility, i.e. the type of the room/apartment, and to all other major changes. A cancellation scale that may differ from the stated one is included in a specific program to which it refers. If a Customer cancelling the tour finds a new beneficiary of the same booking, who meets the anticipated requirements, Paraiso Mediterraneo shall charge only the costs caused by the replacement. If all packages should be cancelled, the costs for obtaining visa/s or travel documents are not refunded. If a Customer cancels the tour or shortens the travel due to bad weather conditions, Paraiso Mediterraneo shall apply the above mentioned scale and subsequent complaints shall not be acknowledged.

Insurance from Risk of Cancellation

If, during the booking of a tour, a Customer anticipates they may have to cancel the tour due to unexpected obstacles, in order to avoid the costs of the tour cancellation stated in the part of these Terms and Conditions titled “Cancellation Policy”, they can pay the insurance from the risk of cancellation. The insurance from the risk of cancellation is charged at the time of entering into the Contract and may not be paid subsequently. The insurance premium is calculated based on the value of the tour, according to the price list of the insurance company. When renting an apartment, it is obtained by dividing the rent price with the number of persons in the apartment. An unanticipated obstacle has occurred if any of the following circumstances have taken effect: 1. Serious illness or death: of the insured person – of their spouse, of their child, of their parent, brother or sister or sibling’s spouse, adoptive child or adoptive parent; 2. Natural disaster declared as such by authorized institutions; 3. Military service.

In case the tour package is cancelled, the paid premium for insurance from the risk of cancellation shall not be refunded. Also, in case the tour is cancelled, the cost of obtaining visas shall not be refunded regardless of the Customer having the insurance from the risk of cancellation. If the Customer has not paid insurance from the risk of cancellation, and they must cancel the tour due to the stated unanticipated obstacles, Paraiso Mediterraneo reserves the right of payment according to the part of these Terms and Conditions titled “Cancellation Policy”. Other Terms and Conditions of insurance shall be enclosed with the insurance policy.

Insurance from consequences of accident and illness, insurance from risk of damage and loss of baggage and voluntary health insurance of persons during travelling and staying abroad

Tour prices do not include the insurance from the risk of accident and illness while travelling, nor do they include the insurance from the risk of damage and loss of baggage or voluntary health insurance. By signing the tour Contract, with these Terms and Conditions as its integral part, it is understood that additional insurances stated in the previous paragraph have been offered and recommended to Customers. If the Customer should request the stated insurances, these may be contracted directly with an insurer or through Paraiso Mediterraneo, whereby Paraiso Mediterraneo acts only as a mediator. We recommend that you study the insurance terms carefully before purchasing the policies.

Cancellation by Paraiso Mediterraneo or Change of Program

If the sufficient number of passengers has not booked the program, Paraiso Mediterraneo reserves the right to cancel the travel no later than 5 days prior to the tour start date. The minimum number of passengers required for a specific travel shall be specially marked on each program/package. Paraiso Mediterraneo also reserves the right to a full or partial change of the tour program in case extraordinary circumstances should occur that could not have been anticipated or avoided before the tour start date. Paraiso Mediterraneo reserves the right to change the date or the time of the departure due to a change in the flight schedule or the onset of unanticipated circumstances, as well as the right to change the itinerary if there should be a change in travel conditions such as: the changed flight schedule, safety conditions in a country, (unfavorable) weather conditions without compensating the damages, and according to the current regulations in the international traffic. If the tour is cancelled by Paraiso Mediterraneo, the Customer shall be entitled to the full refund of the amount paid, not including the compensation of damages.


Customers must have valid personal travel documents. Invalid documents leading to the cancellation of the travel shall not result in any harmful consequences for Paraiso Mediterraneo, and, if Gulliver Travel should suffer additional damages due to such an omission by a Customer, the Customer must compensate the damages suffered. If a travel document should be lost or stolen during travel, the costs of issuing new documents shall be borne by the Customer. Paraiso Mediterraneo’s guide shall assist the Customer in such a situation, taking care of the normal course of the program thereby. If a certain travel requires a visa, Paraiso Mediterraneo may assist in obtaining such visa at a special additional fee. Paraiso Mediterraneo shall not be held responsible for decisions by customs or police or other state authorities banning passenger's entry into a particular country.


Customers must comply with all foreign exchange and customs regulations, laws and other by-laws of the Republic of Croatia and other countries through which they travel and where they stay.
If the tour cannot be continued because a Customer has violated the regulations, all incurred costs shall be borne solely by the person having violated the regulations.


The safety standards and regulations are those of the country in question, and not necessarily the same or equivalent standards of your country. The monitoring, enforcement and compliance with local regulations is carried out by the appropriate authorities in the country concerned. We urge you take all reasonable precautions to protect yourself and family whilst on holiday.


Travel to some countries is conditioned by mandatory vaccination against specific diseases. When travelling to such countries, the Customer must hold certificates and documents of vaccinations.


If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand Paraiso Mediterraneo or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.


We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the Croatia and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. Paraiso Mediterraneo or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats/services for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.


In case of bus transport, a Customer may have 2 pieces of personal baggage. Customers must take care of their belongings brought on the bus, mini van, cruise boat and any other mean of transportation and are obliged to bring them along whenever leaving the transportation means. Otherwise, Customers shall be responsible for theft, loss or damage of objects left unattended in the transportation means.


Please inform us at time of booking of any special requests for any service or facility that is not included as part of your booking. We will enquire with the relevant service provider and where possible will try to accommodate your request, but please note such requests cannot be guaranteed.


We regret we are not in a position to offer you any assistance in the event of delay at your outward or homeward point of departure. Any airline/carrier concerned may however provide refreshments etc. We cannot accept liability for any delay which is due to any of the reasons which includes the behavior of any passenger(s) who, for example, fails to check in or board on time. In addition, for these bookings, we will not be liable for any delay unless it has a significant effect on your arrangements.


Complaints are submitted in a written form. We stress that it is in the best interest of the Customer to write down each complaint in the Book of Complaints directly with the service provider, who will endeavor to provide the agreed service, i.e. correct mistakes. If no improvement is made even after the complaint, the Customer should ask for a certificate from which it is evident that the service was not provided, i.e. that it was not provided in the stipulated way. The Customer must enclose the certificate to their written complaint. The Customer is to make a written complaint no later than 7 days after the travel has ended. If the Customer should make a written complaint after the expiry of that term, Paraiso Mediterraneo is not obliged to take such a complaint into consideration. For resolving the complaints regarding services abroad, one must comply with the rule of reporting the complaint with the issue of certificate on the spot, and the deadline for submitting the complaint.
The organizer must make a written decision regarding the complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint, and it may postpone the term for making the decision about the complaint by another 14 days on account information gathering. The organizer shall resolve only those complaints which could not have been eliminated at the Customer’s destination. While the resolution of the complaint is in process, but no longer than 14, i.e. 28 days after lodging the complaint, the Customer waives the right to mediation of any other person, the arbitration by UHPA or another institution, and undertakes not to provide media with the information. In this time period, the Customer also waives the right to sue. The maximum amount of compensation per complaint may reach the amount of the advertised part of services, but it may not include the services already used, or the entire package amount. When entering into the “Fortuna System" contract, the Customer has no right to a complaint. The Customer and Paraiso Mediterraneo shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably, and, on the contrary, they stipulate the competence of the court in Zagreb. The competent law shall be the Croatian law.


You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use www.paraisomediterraneo.com only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.


Please note you are responsible for your and your party’s actions. If we or our suppliers believe your actions or those of your party could cause danger, upset or annoyance to other customers, guests or staff, we or our suppliers may end your booked arrangements immediately. In this event neither Paraiso Mediterraneo nor the relevant service provider(s) will pay compensation, make refunds nor pay any expenses you suffer as a result. You are responsible for your personal safety and for the safety of the accompanying people dependent on you. Please take time to understand and then conform to the health and safety rules stipulated by the relevant service provider or the facility or by the appropriate government authorities.
You agree to defend and indemnify Paraiso Mediterraneo, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by:

  • you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; or
  • by third parties as a result of
  • your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein;
  • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
  • your use of this website.


It is understood by Paraiso Mediterraneo d.o.o. that the terms and conditions of travel are accepted by the passenger when the required deposit has been paid.

Travel agency Paraiso Mediterraneo Ltd. has contracted insurance guarantees by the insurance company Generali Insurance.

Travel agency Paraiso Mediterraneo Ltd. has contracted liability insurance by the insurance company Croatia Osiguranje.

You can find general tourist information on tour providers / tourist services and the associated services products/services, and carry out their contracting, purchasing products/services on our website. All the information, data and images related to a particular service / products, Paraiso Mediterraneo collects from service providers and assumes no responsibility for errors and / or omissions in this or any other part of the website.

Client has a right to complain to the unfulfilled contractual services. He is required to file a written complaint to the Agency, and maximum up to seven days of the tour. Complaints filed after the expiration of seven days will not be taken into consideration. We emphasize that it is in the interest of passengers to act in good faith and express the desire to resolve the complaint during the tour, and their written complaint to the service provider on the spot and the service provider requested a written confirmation that the complaint was received. The agency shall make a written decision on the complaint within 14 days of receipt and the manner in which the complaint was received (e-mail, mail or hand delivery to which will be answered by written mail with return receipt). If case of Agency failure to meet the programme or part of the service, client is entitled to compensation in the amount of the actual value of the unused services and can not include services already provided, or the total amount of services/ products. Client undertakes to personally meet the conditions anticipated by the Republic of Croatia’s regulations and the country through which or to which they travel, and to observe the house rules in hotel and other facilities, to cooperate with the representative of the organizer and with service providers. Client is personally responsible for any damages caused, particularly for the damages that are the result of failure to observe the contract and these Terms and Conditions. Client shall cover the incurred damages immediately at the hotel reception desk and at another place stipulated by the physical or legal entity who suffered the damages.


All prices include only what is written under Included. Since there is a possibility of additional services, these will be charged to you if you decide on them and these additional services will be shown in the total price you get in the offer and listed as Additional.

Payment can be made in two ways:

1. Bank Transfer e-banking: a simple payment you make from your account to our account via Internet banking or another type of payment, using specified information deliverd to you via e-mail.

2. Credit cards: online payment by credit card, according to the terms and conditions of the credit card companies, and the payment is made upon receipt of the offer and the link leading you to the secure interface of the HT PayWay service. (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover)

In the case of credit card payments, the contract is deemed to have been signed at the time when Paraiso Mediterraneo receives a pre-authorization of the customer card on the order amount.

In the case of payments by e-banking and general payment, the contract is deemed to have been signed at the time when Paraiso Mediterraneo receives confirmation that the order amount has been paid.

Credit card charge is done in Croatian Kuna (HRK). The amount of the Croatian Kuna which will be charged through client’s credit card gets the conversion of Euro in Croatian Kunas at the rate established for the price lists (exchange rate of Croatian National Bank). Credit card companies charge your card converted into your local currency in Croatian Kuna, using exchange rate valid in your country. Accordingly, there are possiblities of minimum deviation of prices in Euro highlighted on our website.


HT PayWay applies state-of-the-art data protection standards – SecureSocketLayer (SSL) protocol with a 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the credit card authorization centers is carried out on a private network, which is protected from an unauthorized access with a double layer of firewalls.
